Day 1: Tokyo: Arrival

After you arrive you would be greeted by the member you who take you to your hotel. Post the check-in formalities, you will head out to explore the events and games at Olympic 2020 Tokyo. Have dinner wherever you place which is on you and then have a good night’s sleep at the hotel.

Day 2: Tokyo: Mt. Fuji / Lake Ashi / Tokyo

The second day of your Tokyo Olympics 2020 tour package starts with a delicious breakfast post which you proceed to Hakone. Here you would be Mt. Fuji which is dependent on the weather conditions. Along with this, you would visit places like Fuji Visitor Center, Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Lake Ashi Cruise, Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. Soon you would depart from Hakone and go to Odawara Station. After a little sightseeing and lunch (which is on you), you would be riding the Bullet Train to Tokyo and head back to your hotel.

Day 3: Tokyo-Half Day City Tour

The third day of the Tokyo 2020 holiday package has a city tour planned for you. Do your breakfast and start your half-day city tour in which you would be visiting some of the most popular places in Tokyo like Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa & Nakamise Street and drive through Ueno and Akihabara. The tour will end soon and you would have the evening to see the Olympics ceremony. Retire to your room to have a good sleep.

Day 4: Departure

  • The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.
Refund Policy
    • Guest is eligible to get a refund as per the policy of Airline Hotel and Our Partner DMCs.
    • EOT Cancellation Charges : INR 2500.00 per person
Cancellation Policy

    If you Cancel your Holiday:-

    • 30 Days or more Before Date of Departure : 35% of total cost
    • 29 - 20 days Before Date of Departure : 75% of total cost
    • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

    In Case Booking Cancelled Due to Covid Situation :- 

    • Guests will be eligible to postpone the trip between 6 Month to 01 Year  from the date of advance payment.
    • Fare Difference and cancellation might applicable as per Flight and Hotel Policy.
Payment Terms Policy
    • At the time of Booking 30% Deposit Required for Land Arrangements 
    • Flight Amount in Full required for Confirmation 
    • Balance Needs to be clear 15 Days Prior to Departure 
    • In case of Medical Emergency Postpone possible ,fare difference might applicable as per Flights and Hotel Policy
